MAIUM was created by bad weather experts. They are two friends from Amsterdam that grew up biking through the rain and saw traditional rainwear, lacking both style and function. Inspired by years of wet commutes, they set out to design rainwear that adapts to unpredictable weather conditions and a busy lifestyle.
The brand wants to support a movement: one in which mobility has become a necessity to function properly whilst using durable products that allow living a sustainable lifestyle. Their products are made from recycled PET; the garments contain no harmful substances, and manufactured under fair, safe and healthy conditions.
