Greencane paper is made from fast-growing bamboo and recycled sugarcane and is available as a home delivered box or from your local organic store. Besides not cutting down fresh trees, the brand also ensures to create sustainable paper that’s GMO & BPA free, with no inks, fragrances, no chlorine bleach and no plastic.
It all started back in 2009, when Geoff and Helen Arden launched Greencane Paper. It was never as much about starting a business as it was about asking why so much valuable timber was going into low-value products like toilet paper and paper towels. “It’s wrong that we grow trees for 20 to 30 years to end up as toilet paper, when there is a sustainable alternative”.
